At Lush Delights 2020, we want to give you the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep you coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent.

Bath Bombs made by Lush Delights 2020


Bicarbonate of soda , Citric acid ,Kaolin Clay, Sodium Sulfoacetate (SLSa) Apricot Kernel Oil. Polysorbate 80,  

Water Soluble Dyes,  (Maybe Mica and Perfume Fragrances)

All will be Cello wrapped. 

Please do take care when unwrapping any bath bombs, as we cannot be held responsible for any  breakages. 


Please always do a skin test before using any bath products such as Bath Bombs.
Always watch young children in the bath, as some bath products such as bath bombs may make the bath slippery.

Always thoroughly clean your bath after using any bath bomb.


Postal Services:  We only use Couriers, because of their Tracking. And Because we can send out many orders at a time. This is the best way for us. 

You will always be sent an email once your order has been fulfilled  and or posted with a tracking number. 

If your parcel is delayed for any reason we will try and get it resolved asap  but, if the item is stuck in the courier system then we have to wait a few days  from the due delivery date before we can claim against them . This can take up to 14 working days to be sorted and then will be able to give you a full refund If your order. isn't on its way via tracking to you. 

Please bare in mind, We do not control the couriers. We use and pick the quickest courier that you have paid for.

Courier services are beyond our control. 

Damaged Goods: 

Items can be returned, Providing they are  still in their original packaging (unopened)

Return postage must be paid by the customer.  Upon which a Refund will be issued of the item cost.  Providing the item is packaged properly and not damaged in any way on return to us.

If your Item arrives in damaged packaging. Please do not accept this from your Courier. As this needs to be returned to us so, we can claim against them. If items are in stock we will resend out to you or, full refund will be given on Items that are not in stock.

Whilst we endeavor to adequately package each and every order carefully, It is inevitable that damages can occur whilst in transit. Therefore Items received by the customer  that are damaged on arrival. will be replaced (like for like) 

upon receipt of photographic evidence. Or a refund will be given if item is not in stock. 

Refunds are given back in the same manor you paid.

Please do keep all packaging and take a clear photograph of Item that is damaged and Packaging before contacting us.
