Do you hold all items in stock?

Most of the items with the exception of the bedding, where its shown available, we physically hold in stock. The weighted blankets in particular are bulky and heavy So therefore, we may have to go back to our Wholesaler to order more in because, we've sold our existing stock, Faster than expected :)

In the unlikely event our Wholesalers are out of stock, we will know with in 48 hours of you making your order and will contact you to offer an alternative delivery date based upon information we get from our Wholesaler.   Or a Refund will be given at your choice.

DO YOU MAKE YOUR OWN GOODS ?

Yes as of January 2021, We underwent 4 Cosmetic Safety Assessments  With a Registered Chartered Chemist 

We now make our own Bath Bombs and Soap Whips

Our Bath bombs:  They have a great Fizz once in the water and our Foam is luxurious and moisturizing. We use a variety of Fragrances and Water Soluble dye colour's. 

Our Soap Whips:   We use a base Soap with Oils to make this very soft and wonderful on the skin.  You can use this in the Bath or Shower  and also can be used for Shaving.    Not for the intermate areas 

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned, Providing they are  still in their original packaging (unopened)

Return postage must be paid by the customer.  Upon which a Refund will be issued of the item cost.  Providing the item is packaged properly and not damaged in any way on return to us.

Whilst we endeavour to adequately package each and every order carefully, It is inevitable that damages can occur whilst in transit. Therefore Items received by the customer  that are damaged on arrival. will be replaced (like for like) 

upon receipt of photographic evidence.


Do you test on Animals?

No we don't     We are an Animal Loving business :)

Plus we buy our supplies from companies that also DO NOT test on any animal.

What is a Pre-Order 

Pre-Order is when items are coming direct from our supplier, and may take a little longer to arrive

We will update you as to your order progress.

All Pre-orders CAN take up to 15  working days . But we would Try our very hardest to get your items to you much sooner. 
Some of our pre-orders will have dates on them.  You can order these and wait till they arrive, and they will be sent on to you straight away. 

Items can be returned, Providing they are  still in their original packaging (unopened)

If your Item arrives in damaged packaging. Please do not accept this from your Courier. As this needs to be returned to us so, we can claim against them. If items are in stock we will resend out to you or, full refund will be given on Items that are not instock.
